Just Add Fire offers a 60 day guarantee that our candles will meet their description. We also guarantee that with proper care and usage, your candle will burn the hours published hours for each candle type. If you have any problem, even after our 60 day return policy, please contact us.

Proper care and usage for any candle from Just Add Fire:

• Burn your wick for no more than 3-4 hours at a time.
• Allow your candle to completely cool before relighting.
• Always trim your wick down to about 1/4" (6mm) before relighting.
